Job Description
* Review, draft, and negotiate ICT services contracts, including infrastructure, cloud, services, and solutions, suppliers, vendors, and intra-group.
* Ensuring regulatory compliance across the organisation including DORA and outsourcing
* Maintaining master agreements, checklists, and playbooks as needed
* Identify and mitigate legal risks associated with business operations
* Coordinate with external legal counsel when required.
The Successful Applicant
The successful Counsel should have:
* The ability to work as a qualified Solicitor in England & Wales without sponsorship
* Proven expertise in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts, especially within IT / procurement
* Experience within the financial services or FinTech environmentExcellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
