Salary: £75,000 - 75,000 per year Requirements: Proven experience delivering large, complex IT projects/programmes, ideally ERP-focused, across multiple business processes (H2R, O2C, P2P, R2R). Strong leadership, people management, and coaching skills. Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, and communication skills across all levels. Experience with project management and agile frameworks (Prince2, Scrum, Lean, Product Owner, etc.). Degree in IT or equivalent experience; technical background desirable. Familiarity with tools such as Workfront, MS Project, Jira, Confluence, Teams, PowerBI advantageous. Responsibilities: Lead, coach, and develop a team of PMs, Delivery Leads, Developers, SMEs, and third-party resources. Plan and manage delivery of the ERP portfolio, ensuring alignment with business priorities, governance standards, and financial objectives. Collaborate with senior stakeholders across the business to manage expectations and maximise delivery value. Drive portfolio planning through PI Planning, MTP, and other scheduling activities, ensuring effective resource allocation. Promote agile adoption, build communities of practice, and support continuous improvement initiatives. Monitor customer satisfaction, manage risks and dependencies, and maintain team wellbeing and Health & Safety standards.
