We're on the lookout for a skilled and motivated Associate Structural Engineer to join our Birmingham studio. This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a leading role in delivering inventive, high-quality structural design across a diverse range of sectors and materials.
As a senior member of the team, you'll have the experience and confidence to manage the day-to-day technical delivery of projects, from early concepts right through to construction. Reporting to an Associate Director, you'll be responsible for producing and reviewing design work, coordinating with architects and other consultants, line managing graduate, intermediate, and senior engineers, and ensuring projects are delivered efficiently, sustainably, and to the highest standards.
You'll bring at least eight years' post-graduate experience in a structural engineering design environment, along with a solid understanding of UK codes, procurement processes, and construction methods. A Level 7 qualification (MEng or equivalent) and Chartered Engineer status are essential.
