Job overview Kernowflex (Bank) Facilities Co-ordinator Zero Hours An exciting new opportunity has arisen within the Knowledge Spa team at the Royal Cornwall Hospital Trust for a Bank Facilities Coordinator. This role is to provide a range of facilities and support services to the students, staff and visitors to the Knowledge Spa. The post holder is expected to contribute towards the development of best practice within the department and to ensure that the departments philosophy of quality care and customer service is reflected in practice. Shift times : Mon-Fri ( 8:00AM- 4.00PM or 12.00Noon-8.00PM) Advert To carry out tasks which are allocated by the Operations Supervisor which are legal, safe and reasonable in an efficient and professional manner. Check programme of events and plan the shift to ensure that all rooms (lecture theatre, seminar and meeting rooms and public areas) in the Knowledge Spa are set up correctly with the appropriate equipment which may include tidying and moving of furniture for meetings, provision of catering, equipment etc ready for the next planned activity. Monitor all activities taking place in the Knowledge Spa out of hours, including meetings, lecture, social events and deal with any issues or problems that arise. Sort, distribute and take charge of all mail, parcels and deliveries (supplies, stationery) to the Knowledge Spa including signing, sorting and distribution of deliveries. At the end of the evening shift ensuring that the building is empty, all windows are shut, and all rooms are locked and secure. Activate the intruder alarm if required.
