Location - HMP Boston(Lincolnshire) Prison - Refurbishment Duration - 50 weeks The Role - Site Supervisor As Working Supervisor, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient day-to-day management of works on site, ensuring all activities are delivered in line with programme, budget, quality standards, and strict prison security procedures. This is a hands on role, responsible for multi trade activities including carpentry, general fabric and externals. You will coordinate subcontractors and specialist trades across and fire protection packages, while maintaining strong communication with the client, prison staff, and wider project teams. Working within a live custodial environment will require excellent planning, attention to detail, and the ability to manage works with minimal disruption to prison operations.
