Job Overview
Class 1 Personnel is recruiting a Van Driver to work as loaders with occasional driving for our hospitality and catering client based in Gatwick Airport. The role mainly consists of delivering catering supplies directly to the aircraft following all Health and Safety guidelines.
Responsibilities
* Load catering supplies onto the aircraft.
* Drive the van to deliver supplies where required (minimal driving).
* Follow Health and Safety guidelines.
* Work flexible shift timings from 03:45 am to 23:00 pm.
* Operate on a 5 days on, 3 days off pattern.
Working Hours & Shifts
Shift times vary; flexibility is essential. Start times may begin at 03:45 am; shifts typically last 9 hours with the last shift ending at 23:00 pm. The shift pattern is five days on with three days off.
Candidate Requirements
* Full UK Driving Licence.
* Previous driving experience.
* On‑board 5‑year driving history.
* UK criminal check clearance.
* Good attention to detail, hard working, reliable.
* Can‑do attitude and flexibility with shift timings.
* UK right to work and proof of National Insurance.
* Ability to commute to the location at all hours.
