National Sales Manager - Wood Coatings\n\nLocation: UK-based - Remote working with customer visits. \nSalary: £50k - £60K + Company Vechile + Bonus\n\nOverview\nA specialist manufacturer of exterior wood coatings is seeking an experienced, driven Sales Manager to lead business development efforts across England. This is a pivotal role within a growing UK team, focused on expanding market share in the exterior wood protection sector.\n\nThe ideal candidate will have a strong technical sales background in coatings and a proven track record of building relationships with distributors \nand direct customers.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\n* Develop and execute a business development strategy for exterior wood coatings across England\n* Identify, approach, and convert new distributors and direct customer opportunities (OEMs, joinery \nmanufacturers, timber merchants, cladding/fencing specialists, etc.)\n* Secure product trials, support customers through the onboarding and evaluation process\n* Build strong commercial relationships across the supply chain, including channel partners and \nspecifiers\n* Work closely with internal teams (technical, logistics, marketing) to align UK growth objectives with \nbroader group strategy\n* Monitor competitor activity and market trends to refine sales tactics and uncover opportunities\n* Provide customer feedback to support continuous product development and market positioning\n\nKey Requirements\n\n* Proven experience in technical sales of wood coatings, ideally exterior-focused (e.g.
