We are seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Manager to lead quality, compliance, and continuous improvement across a complex contract environment. You will be responsible for ensuring all services, systems, and outputs meet required legislative, regulatory, and contractual standards, while providing independent assurance to clients and senior stakeholders. What you’ll do: Lead the implementation, maintenance, and continual improvement of an ISO-certified Quality Management System (QMS) Develop and deliver the Quality Assurance Strategy and Quality Assurance Plan across all contract service areas Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation, regulation, and applicable standards Lead internal and external audits, including certification, surveillance, and re-certification audits Provide independent assurance on service quality, compliance, and performance Identify, assess, and manage quality and compliance risks Produce clear, evidence-based reports for senior stakeholders Promote a strong culture of quality, compliance, and continuous improvement across teams and supply chain What you bring: Significant experience in a Quality Assurance / Quality Management role within a regulated environment Proven experience implementing, maintaining, and improving an ISO-certified QMS Experience developing and delivering Quality Assurance Strategies and Plans Strong background in compliance with legislation, regulation, and recognised standards Demonstrable experience of internal and external audit delivery and certification management Experience working within complex service or contract-based environments Experience collaborating with clients, contract managers, and supply chains Strong understanding of Quality Management Systems and assurance methodologies Excellent analytical, investigative, and problem-solving skills Ability to provide clear, evidence-based assurance on complex systems Strong communication skills, including senior stakeholder reporting Ability to influence, challenge, and drive continuous improvement High levels of integrity, independence, and attention to detail What we offer: Opportunity to lead and shape quality assurance across a high-profile contract A key strategic role influencing service delivery, compliance, and performance Autonomy to develop and embed quality frameworks and improvements Exposure to senior stakeholders and complex operational environments A culture focused on continuous improvement and professional development Working with Sodexo is more than a job; it’s a chance to be part of something greater.
