A key part of your role will involve supporting the Behaviour Support Room, where you will help students regulate, reflect, and prepare to rejoin lessons with a positive attitude. This space provides a calm, structured environment for students to reset, while continuing their academic work so they remain on track. This role suits someone patient, adaptable, and committed to supporting both learning and behaviour in a consistent, constructive way.
