Theatre Nurses (Anaesthetics and Scrub)
Are you an experienced Theatre Nurse, Anaesthetics Nurse, or Scrub Nurse with a passion for providing exceptional care? Pulse Nursing is seeking dedicated professionals to join our team at Nottingham University Hospitals NHS Trust.
Location: Nottingham University Hospitals NHS Trust
* Queens Medical Centre: Derby Road, Lenton, Nottingham, NG7 2UH
* Nottingham City Hospital: Hucknall Road, Nottingham, NG5 1PB
Pay Rates:
* Band 5: £22.50 – £25.61 per hour
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide professional and compassionate nursing care to patients before, during, and after surgical procedures.
* Assist with anaesthesia and manage theatre equipment.
* Prepare and maintain sterile environments, ensuring all surgical instruments are properly handled and available.
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver optimal patient outcomes.
* Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and protocols
Requirements:
* Valid NMC registration
* At least 6 months recent UK NHS experience within the Anaesthetics or Scrub Sector
* Ability to provide a clinical reference as well as covering the last three years of employment.
* Able to provide an enhanced DBS or documents to apply for one.
* Right to work within the UK – proof will be required.
