Sulis Hospital has an opportunity for a Hospital Administrator to join our Administration team on a 12 Month fixed-term contract, Sulis Hospital offer a pioneer in patient care and experience in pre- and post-operative care for a wide range of elective surgical procedures
Role & Responsibilities:
* Downloading all ERS referrals from NHS Referral System
* Compiling patient files for appropriate outpatient appointment
* Communicating with patients to ensure previous scan information is available
* Answering telephone queries in a professional and timely manner
* Processing IPT paperwork in preparation for outpatient clinic in a professional and timely manner
* Other office type duties as required

Person Specification:
* Experience in a similar role within a healthcare environment would be advantageous
* Time Management Skills
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
