Lead the development of financial reporting tools that support better, faster decision-making. Act as the key finance lead on cross-functional projects—validating investments and championing cost-saving initiatives. Prepare detailed, board-level capital expenditure proposals and support R&D claims. Improve how the business connects financial goals with operational execution—across all levels of the site. Ensure robust controls, clean reporting cycles, and full transparency across finance and operations.
