Job Title: Private Sector Housing Officer
Location: Telford, UK (Hybrid 3 Days Onsite / 2 Days Remote)
Contract: 3 Months Contract
We are seeking an experienced Private Sector Housing Officer / Compliance Officer to support housing standards and enforcement activities within the private rented sector. The role will involve inspecting properties, identifying hazards, and ensuring compliance with housing legislation.
Key Requirements:
* HHSRS qualified with strong experience in hazard identification and risk assessment
* Experience taking enforcement action within the private housing sector
* Good knowledge of Housing legislation, HMO regulations, and licensing
* Experience conducting property inspections and compliance checks
* Ability to work both onsite and remotely
This is a 3-month contract role with a hybrid working arrangement based in Telford.
