Senior Cyber Operations Manager Permanent - £80k - £90k very strong benefits Location: Hybrid - South Coast, Brighton Your new company An 'arms-length' government organisation is currently looking for an experienced and talented Senior Cyber Security Operations Manager to manage the cyber operations estate across the organisation. The role is to replace the outgoing leader, who's leaving on positive terms and with the organisation in a strong place to move forward, including a new outsourced SOC team. Your new role You will be supporting the Head of IT Operations across a broad variety of work, with a lot of different exposure across multiple senior stakeholders and different business areas. You will be a key member of the newly formed Cyber Security team, and you will play a big part in upcoming projects, providing experience and expertise across the whole security operations remit. What you'll need to succeed Strong, demonstrable leadership experience, with the ability to still get hands on if needed. Strong experience in a similar role, ideally with experience within Microsoft infrastructures. Experience leading a small team. Experience creating and implementing short-, medium-, and long-term roadmaps, with business processes and productivity in mind. Strong knowledge of cloud security principles, ideally Azure. What you'll get in return Between £80k and £90k salary. 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays. Hybrid working. 6 days a month on site, no negotiation on this part.
