We are working with a leading specialist printing company that handles projects from concept to completion at their modern, purpose-built premises in the South East housing the latest pre-press, printing and finishing machinery.

Starting each project with a consultation to fully understand scope and purpose of each product allows them to enjoy building strong, mutually-beneficial working partnerships with clients.
We are helping them find a Print Business Development Manager to be responsible for effectively promoting and selling our client’s products through a consultative-based selling approach. The Business Development Manager will focus on maintaining exceedingly effective business relationships with assigned accounts as well as identifying and onboarding new clients. You will create and implement targeted sales strategies to enhance margins and increase ways that our client’s customers can benefit from their service and product offerings.
We are looking for someone who can bring the following to the team:
1. Ability to work well in time-sensitive situations where customer satisfaction is the ultimate goal
2. Demonstrated customer service and account service
3. Highly effective presentation skills, including professional demeanour, artful negotiation skills, and outstanding interpersonal skills
4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to craft professional e-mails and client-related documents
5. Team-oriented operating style with effective interpersonal skills that allow successful business interactions with individuals of all leadership styles, personalities, and career levels
