Employment Solicitor, 1:4 Years PQE, Birmingham, GBP 65,000+ (DOE) : This is a fantastic opportunity for a solicitor who thrives in a collaborative, supportive environment and is looking to build their career advising a wide range of clients across the health and care sectors. JOB REF: 0758
THE ROLE:
- You will advise on both contentious and non:contentious matters and play a hands:on role in complex litigation and advisory work
- You will manage your own varied caseload
- Supporting multidisciplinary teams on employment law aspects of wider corporate or commercial transactions
- Providing day:to:day advice on employee relations, contracts, policies, equalities obligations, and TUPE
- Supporting client training and business development initiatives
SKILLS REQUIRED:
- Applications are sought from Employment Solicitors with between 1:4 years PQE with broad employment law experience (ideally including health and care sector exposure)
- Capability to advise on TUPE, restructures, redundancies, and senior exits
- Excellent drafting skills (contracts, policies, settlement agreements, etc.)
- A collaborative, team:first attitude and genuine passion for client care
- Exceptional communication skills, attention to detail and flexible.
