Where you fit in: As our Regulatory Technical Copywriter, you will: Collaborate with subject matter experts to translate complex regulatory and technical content into clear, accessible narratives. Draft, edit, and proofread high-quality documents including business plans, strategic submissions, performance reports, and consultation responses. Ensure consistency of messaging, formatting, and data presentation across all deliverables. Create summaries of technical documents for non-specialist audiences, including customers and stakeholders. Develop and apply best practice writing standards, templates, and style guides. Manage multiple projects and deadlines, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality outputs. Support continuous improvement through feedback, benchmarking, and coaching colleagues. What skills & qualifications you will need: Proven experience in technical or regulatory copywriting, ideally within a regulated industry. Exceptional written English skills. Strong verbal and written communication abilities, with a talent for simplifying complex information. Skilled in stakeholder engagement and collaboration. Comfortable working with cross-functional teams to gather insights and define documentation needs. Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications. Self-motivated and capable of working independently under pressure. Proactive and enthusiastic about contributing beyond core responsibilities. You will also benefit from having: Experience in regulatory reporting. Background in commercially focused and/or regulated environments. Previous experience in the water or wastewater sectors, or in utilities, process, or manufacturing industries. Familiarity with document management systems and processes.
