Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver engaging and effective lessons to students across Key Stage 1.
* Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment that fosters learning and creativity.
* Adapt to different teaching styles, curricula, and school settings.
* Manage classroom behaviour and ensure a safe and respectful learning environment.
* Collaborate with school staff and administrators to meet the educational needs of students.
* Follow lesson plans and curriculum guidelines as provided.
* Provide constructive feedback and assessment to support students' progress.
The ideal candidate will:
* Have Qualified Teacher Status.
* Have previous teaching experience is preferred.
* Have strong communication and proactive classroom management skills.
* Be resilient and able to respond well to feedback.
* Have a dedication to fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment.
* Be reliable and punctual with a commitment to fulfilling scheduled assignments.
