Are you an experienced Child Protection Social Worker seeking your next rewarding opportunity?
Leaders in Care are working with a proactive Local Authority in the South West, offering an excellent opportunity to make a real difference to the lives of children and families, while enjoying flexibility, support, and stability.
This position offers a balanced approach to hybrid working — with only two days per week in the office and the rest from home. You’ll be part of a committed safeguarding team focused on delivering high-quality outcomes for children and young people.
Your Role:
* Undertake assessments and interventions to safeguard children at risk.
* Manage a caseload of Child in Need, Child Protection, and court cases.
* Build meaningful relationships with children, families, and partner agencies to achieve positive outcomes.
* Contribute to effective care planning and permanency arrangements.
* Work collaboratively within a supportive management structure that values reflection and professional growth.
What We Offer:
* Competitive hourly rate: £38 – £40 per hour.
* Hybrid working: Only 2 days per week in the office.

About You:
* Qualified Social Worker with Social Work England registration.
* Proven experience in Child Protection and Court Work.
