* Make children feel welcome by handing out balloons and organizing special events.
* Attend to customers' specific needs and maintain high standards of cleanliness in the dining area and toilets.
* Create a warm, welcoming atmosphere and establish positive communication with customers.
* Keep the manager informed about customer satisfaction and any issues.
