Reporting to the Area Manager, your role will involve leading a team to ensure your branch trades efficiently, safely, within legal constraints, and offers the highest customer service standards. You will be dedicated to keeping customers happy, take pride in your work, and have a proven record of managing a team to success. An enthusiastic attitude and a drive to excel are essential.
From day one, you will be trusted with real responsibilities, working within a supportive team to meet customer needs effectively.
To succeed in this position, you will need retail or wholesale experience, not necessarily from a food background. Familiarity with operational procedures and a successful track record are important, and you should be willing to get involved and work hard.
