Employee Relations Advisor
We are looking for an integral member of the People Team, reporting to the Head of People, this hands-on role ensures that line managers and colleagues have access to the best people policies and frameworks, and are supported to foster a high-performing, engaged culture that enables the business to live its values and achieve its vision: to wow our customers by creating a happy, healthy, and stimulating environment for all our colleagues.
The Employee Relations Advisor will provide providing support and advice on all people-related matters to colleagues and line managers to promote good employee relations across the organisation. If you are passionate about fostering a positive workplace culture and thrive in employee relations and enjoy guiding manager through complex HR matters then you could be the missing part of our People Team.
This role will require regular travel to the surgeries as well as remote working.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Ensuring compliance with employment laws and promoting a positive work environment.
2. Provide expert advice on employee relations matters, including performance management, conflict resolution, and policy interpretation.
3. Be the first point of contact for leaders managers, guiding them through complex HR cases.
4. Risk assess ER issues, ensuring compliance with legislation and company policies.
