NEETs Lecturer
Tradewind Recruitment are recruiting for a part‑time (28 hours per week) NEETs lecturer to work with students that are outside of employment or education. You will be working between 8:30 and 4:30, four days per week, or may spread the hours over five days if preferred by the successful candidate. Payment for this position will be up to £25 per hour. This is a temporary position, covering an open vacancy. The length of time for this booking is unknown, as it will continue until the college appoints permanently, with potential for the role to become permanent for a well‑performing candidate.
Location
The college is located centrally in Hull and is easily accessible by public transport from all areas of the city or by train from outside the city. Parking is available, though limited; a large car park with ample spaces is nearby and easy to access. The college has a vocational provision and works hard to ensure that people out of employment or education are welcomed back into the workforce.
Responsibilities
Deliver sessions to improve employability and skills. Using a variety of learning materials and Canvas, you will ensure that all learners make progress and strive towards new careers.
Support
Tradewind will support your development during your placement and beyond through our excellent CPD via The National College. You will receive the same CPD as permanent staff and be encouraged to grow.
Requirements
* PGCE or similar teaching qualification
* Relevant Level 3+ qualification
* Experience working within UK schools
* Enhanced DBS Disclosure, overseas police clearances (if applicable) and professional reference checks
* Full CV history provided
* Legal right to work in the UK
