Property&AssetManagementLead

Looking for more than a traditional property management role?
We’re partnering with a fast-growing, design-led real estate platform that works with ambitious brands to create workplaces people genuinely want to be in. As the business scales its managed portfolio, it is hiring a Property & Asset Management Lead to help shape how buildings are operated, optimised, and grown. This is a rare opportunity to step into a role that blends hands‑on operational leadership with commercial and strategic exposure, working closely with senior decision‑makers in a modern, entrepreneurial environment.
What you’ll be doing
* Leading the operational management of a growing building portfolio, with responsibility for performance, budgets, and service delivery.
* Working cross‑functionally to resolve issues, improve processes, and enhance the occupier experience.
* Supporting landlord advisory work and contributing to whole‑building and portfolio‑level thinking.
* Analysing building performance and supporting asset management initiatives to drive value and efficiency.
* Building trusted relationships with landlords and senior stakeholders.
* Owning workstreams end‑to‑end, with real accountability and visibility.
Why this role stands out
* Broader scope than a standard property management role.
* Exposure to asset management, advisory work, and commercial decision‑making.
* Direct access to senior leadership and the opportunity to influence how the function scales.
* A chance to help build a platform, not just operate within one.
About you
* MRICS qualified (or close to qualification), with strong experience in property management.
* Comfortable leading operations while thinking commercially.
* Confident, organised, and credible with clients and stakeholders.
* Motivated by ownership, growth, and seeing the impact of your work.
Package and benefits
* Salary of £55,000 – £67,000.
* Equity.
* 28 days’ holiday plus Bank Holidays.
* Hybrid working.
* Enhanced parental benefits and wellbeing support.
* Cycle to Work scheme, season ticket loans, workplace nursery benefit.
* Regular team socials and events.
If you’re a Chartered Surveyor looking to move closer to strategy, asset‑level thinking, and long‑term progression, this role offers exposure and responsibility that’s difficult to find in more traditional environments.
