About Our Nursery Our brand-new, purpose-built, two-storey nursery in Leamington Spa is now open and welcomes up to 110 children. We’re looking for passionate childcare professionals to help shape this exciting new setting.

Role Responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities Lead engaging, age-appropriate activities and curriculum planning
Maintain a safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment
Support, mentor, and inspire your team
Monitor children’s progress and build strong relationships with families
Act as Key Person to a group of children
Uphold high standards of health, safety, and cleanliness
Required Qualifications: Ideal Candidate Level 3+ qualification in Early Years
Experience in an early years setting (leadership experience desirable)
Strong communication, organisation, and leadership skills
Passionate about children’s development and family partnerships
