What We Are Looking For
* Pastry Craft & Expertise: Solid experience working within a high-quality pastry section. We value true craft, quality, and care in everything we produce, from classic techniques to modern dessert presentation.

Salary and Contract
* Salary: £32,797 + service charge
* Contract: Full-time, permanent contract working 48 hours per week over 5 days (including weekends and bank holidays).
