Our Assistant Store Manager Designates go beyond just great people management. Their expertise enables us to reach targets and stay competitive. With your passion for products, retail, and customers, alongside the pride you take in supporting your team, your success will be visible to all. The team gains expert knowledge from your coaching and shares this with our customers, increasing sales and profits. You will work alongside your Store Manager to lead your team to meet sales and service targets. Together, you will identify and explore opportunities to grow sales, ensure optimal stock range and availability, while maintaining strict cost and stock control.

3. Your previous retail experience, in roles such as a Retail Supervisor, Assistant Manager, or similar, brings us fresh thinking.
Hours per week: 39 hours
Shift pattern: Full-time with flexible shift patterns across mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends, to be discussed further at interview.
Salary: Up to £30,450 per annum
