Main duties and responsibilities
1. Marketing Collaboration: Partner with the Digital Marketing Executive to create and implement a robust communications plan across multiple channels.
2. Sales Support: Collaborate with the Sales Director to develop and deliver product promotions that align with sales objectives.
3. Customer Communications: Schedule, coordinate, and manage all customer-facing communications, ensuring consistency and timeliness.
4. Publications and Editorial:
-Lead the creation of the bi-annual customer product and lifestyle magazine, from concept and editorial planning to production.
-Coordinate with the in-house design team to produce high-quality visual communications that meet brand guidelines.
-Produce the bi-annual internal staff magazine featuring product updates and lifestyle features.
-Compile and manage editorial and advertising design for trade publications.
5. External Agencies: Liaise with external design agencies for non-brand-specific creative projects.
6. Product and Pricing Materials: Coordinate production of the annual product price book.
7. Content Management: Keep company online ordering portals, website, and intranet updated with news, product launches, and other key information.
8. Cross-Department Collaboration: Work effectively with multiple departments to ensure communications are accurate, relevant, and on time.
9. Any other reasonable duties which may be required by management from time to time.
Essential requirements
10. Qualification in Marketing, Communications, Business or related subject
11. A minimum of 3 years’ proven experience in communications, marketing, or editorial roles
12. Demonstrable experience of working on simultaneous marketing projects to deadlines
13. Proficiency in social media platforms
14. Strong organisational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines
15. Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
16. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
17. Proficient in Microsoft packages, particularly PowerPoint and Publisher
18. Ability to build effective working relationships across teams and with external partners
19. Creative flair with a strong understanding of brand consistency

22. Adaptable and able to prioritise and re-prioritise depending on departmental and company needs
Desirable requirements
23. Degree qualification in Marketing, Communications or Business related subject preferred
