Monday to Friday (Days)**
Source Solutions are working with a highly reputable and very stable local employer, in finding an experienced and committed Warehouse Operative for their main site in Portsmouth, maintaining a Monday to Friday role with agreeable daytime hours (08:00 – 16:30).
This role will be working within the goods in/out and dispatch part of the business, working to tight aerospace regulations within a dedicated warehouse team – the role will see you using the computer (ERP) system and ideally the Warehouse Operative will hold a counterbalance forklift licence, although this is not essential and Warehouse Operatives without a licence are encouraged to apply.
This is a great role for someone with previous Warehouse Operative or Stores/material logistics experience, who is looking for a very secure position with agreeable hours and a good company culture, where there is a role for many years to come as well as the possibility of developing new knowledge and experience relating to aerospace standards etc.
Warehouse Operative candidate profile:
* Experience in a Warehouse or stores position – within manufacturing if possible but not essential
* Previous use of some form of ERP or Warehouse Management System (e.g; SAP, IFS, Oracle, WMS)
* Reliable and flexible with a passion for working in a clean and safe manner
