We are currently recruiting for a Food and Beverage Manager for Nutfield Priory Hotel and Spa.


Responsibilities

* Play a pivotal leadership role, supporting the hotel’s transformation programme and shaping the F&B experience.
* Influence the hotel to drive service excellence, consistency and commercial performance across the food and beverage operation.
* Lead, support and develop the food and beverage team through training, coaching and leading from the front, fostering an inspirational culture.
* Deliver exceptional service standards, attention to detail and precision as part of the everyday experience.
* Manage daily operations, control costs and stock, and maintain strong supplier relationships.
* Curate bespoke dining experiences, events and service offerings that elevate the guest experience and uphold the hotel’s reputation.


Qualifications

* Strong Food and Beverage management and operational experience within a quality 4 or 5 star hotel environment.
* Experience leading large, multi‑discipline teams with warmth and credibility.
* Commercial awareness and confidence managing payroll, workforce planning and P&L.
* Ability to create a sales‑driving, high‑performance culture.
* A calm, solutions‑focused approach to pressure, agility and a hunger for change.
* Pride in standards, detail and creating memorable guest experiences.
* An inclusive, supportive and authentic leadership style.


Employment Conditions

Full‑time role, 5 days out of 7 (including weekends on a rota basis), approximately 45 hours per week (may vary depending on business needs).
