Position: Maths or English functional skills tutor for adult learners. Location: We are seeking tutors based in Essex. Tuition is in-person and is expected to take place across Chelmsford. You must be able to reliably commute to one of these locations on a weekly basis. Hours Available: 10-15 hours per week. Programmes will run until the end of May 2026. About the Role As a Flex Tutor, you’ll deliver small-group tuition (1–3 students) using Get Further’s ready-to-go Maths and English resources. You’ll help unlock opportunities for learners who need a second chance at crucial gateway qualifications.
