Responsibilities
* Be the first point of contact for patients, scheduling deliveries and nurse visits with empathy and efficiency.
* Maintain meticulous records and handle sensitive patient data with the utmost confidentiality.
* Navigate patient queries and healthcare professional inquiries, connecting them with the right department seamlessly.
* Play a crucial role in managing prescription logistics, ensuring patients receive their medications accurately and promptly.

* A strong ethical foundation with an unwavering commitment to data protection and patient confidentiality.
* The ability to manage time effectively, with proficiency in computer use and adherence to procedures.
* Self‑motivation and a desire to contribute positively to patient experiences, learning new skills and taking on new challenges.
* Computer literate and able to follow processes and procedures.
* Successful candidates will undergo a Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check.

* Annual salary: £26,064.
* Generous annual leave of 33 days including bank holidays (increasing to 35 days after 3 years of service).

Working Hours
