You
* Experience in a senior commercial, sales, or bid leadership role within engineering or manufacturing
* Strong understanding of contracts and commercial risk
* Experience managing internal sales or bid teamsAble to influence and challenge senior stakeholders
* Commercially focused, with good analytical and decision-making skills
* Background in valves, oil & gas, or similar engineered products
* Experience working with global operations or complex supply chains
* Exposure to both commercial and operational roles
