Full-Time Editorial Designer (Adobe InDesign) – Premium Business Reports
Description:
We are looking for a reliable, long-term Editorial Designer to support the creation of high-end printed business reports (16–24 pages) for B2B clients.
This is NOT social media design, NOT Canva work, and NOT book-only typesetting.
The work focuses on clean, professional, consulting-style editorial design – similar to strategy reports, annual reports, or corporate whitepapers.
Think:
McKinsey / PwC / Deloitte / Investor or Strategy Reports.

What you will do:
• Design 16–24 page business reports in Adobe InDesign
• Translate provided copy into clear, structured editorial layouts
• Work with typography, spacing, hierarchy, charts, tables, and callouts
• Apply clean, modern, high-level corporate design
• Prepare print-ready files (bleed, margins, CMYK, export)
• Maintain consistency across documents using styles and layout systems
Copy, structure, and direction are provided.

What we are looking for:
Must-have:
• Strong Adobe InDesign skills (long documents)
• Experience with reports, whitepapers, annual reports, or similar
• Very good sense for layout, typography, and hierarchy
• Clean, structured, professional design style
• Ability to work with data-heavy content
• Attention to detail and consistency
Nice-to-have:
• Illustrator basics (icons, diagrams)
• Experience with charts and tables
• Understanding of editorial or corporate publishing workflows
This role is NOT a fit if you mainly do:
• Social media design
• Canva-only work
• Illustration-heavy or playful styles
• Pure book typesetting without layout decisions

Compensation:
• Starting range: €500 – €1,000 per month
• Fast increases based on quality, reliability, and speed
• Long-term potential up to €1,500 – €2,000+
