Working hours:
Monday - Friday 7.30am-5.00pm and Saturdays 8am-12pm (working 2 in 4 Saturdays).
What you'll be responsible for
1. Designing for Traders and Homeowners: Using your product knowledge and design skills, you'll create bespoke kitchen designs that meet customer needs and exceed expectations.
2. Building Lasting Relationships: Develop strong, long-term connections by delivering top-notch service and support to customers.
3. Working with Homeowners: Produce accurate kitchen plans and quotes, understanding their project to design their 'perfect' kitchen, while keeping Trade Customers updated.
4. Creative Flair & CAD Expertise: Design dream kitchens using CAD, asking the right questions to tailor solutions to customer needs.
5. Networking & Collaboration: Build a customer base to meet targets and work closely with the external Sales Rep to fulfill customer requirements.
6. On-Site Visits: Visit homes or building sites to create CAD designs and present them to clients.
7. Safety First: Follow all safety policies and procedures to ensure everyone's safety in the showroom.
8. No Industry Experience Needed: Transferable skills, a passion for customer service, and a drive to exceed sales targets are valued.
9. Methodical & Tenacious: Be detail-oriented, organized, and determined to achieve results.
10. Excellent Communicator: Connect effectively with homeowners and tradespeople.
11. Sales Experience: Previous sales experience is required; the role offers a basic salary plus commission.
12. Driving Licence: A full valid driving licence is necessary.
