We are looking for an Admissions and Communications Assistant to join our dedicated team at City Junior School. The successful candidate will work alongside the Head of Admissions, Communications and Operations to support the effective administration and delivery of the schools admissions process, from initial enquiry through to offer and acceptance.

This is a term‑time only post, required for a September start.

The postholder will build and maintain positive relationships with prospective families, act as a welcoming and professional first point of contact, while ensuring a high‑quality, responsive and efficient admissions service.

The post‑holder will also contribute to the schools marketing and communications activity, supporting the promotion of the school and its events, maintaining digital content, and helping to present the school in a clear, engaging and consistent way.

This post is exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act and, as part of the selection process, applicants must be willing to undergo child protection screening appropriate to the post, including employment references, criminal conviction and professional checks.

Salary

* £38,080 - £42,150 (all year‑around equivalent, including Inner London weighting)
* £30,196 - £33,423 per annum (actual salary, term‑time only, including Inner London Weighting)
