Job title: Manufacturing Technician
Note: This role includes shift work – days only.
What you’ll be doing:
1. Employ established manufacturing procedures and current production infrastructure to craft a range of standard products according to the production timetable.
2. Use plant and equipment to compound and press rubber and resin-based sheet materials.
3. Use plant and equipment to produce resin-based products.
4. Manufacture composite components and shapes using resin pre-impregnated fabrics.
Your skills and experiences:
* Industrial experience in a Mechanical or Process Engineering environment.
* Experience with polymers & composites in the Aerospace, Defence, or Automotive industry.
* Ability to follow Manufacturing Process documentation.
* HNC in a relevant engineering or STEM discipline.

The Manufacturing Technicians Team:
Joining our team provides an excellent opportunity to be part of the Manufacturing Group at our Towcester facility, working with materials such as composites, rubber, resin, paints, and high-temperature materials. We are seeking a Production Technician to support the production of our diverse product range.
