Permanent - 38 hours per week
£37,000 basic + overtime and benefits
We are currently seeking an experienced and professional quality inspector to work within the machine shop of a leading manufacturer.
The purpose of this role of quality inspector is to ensure components produced in the machine shop are checked to ensure conformity based on drawings and dimensions.

Key Elements of a quality inspector:
- Dimensional and visual inspection of all finished parts using various methods and techniques
- Reading and interpreting engineering drawings - tolerances, symbols etc
- Complete and feedback reports and data into management KPI's
- Identify and report non-conforming parts
- Work closely with machine shop and machine operators to ensure product quality
