We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Teaching Assistant to join our supportive team in a vibrant SEN school. The Role: As a Teaching Assistant, you will: Provide one-to-one and small group support to students with a range of SEN. Assist teachers in delivering tailored lessons and interventions. Foster a safe, supportive, and stimulating learning environment. Help with personal care and mobility when required. Build strong relationships with pupils, parents/carers, and staff. About You: We're looking for someone who is: Patient, empathetic, and resilient. A team player with a positive attitude. Experienced in supporting children with SEN within a classroom setting.
