People Coordinator – Fixed Term (Min. 3 Months)
Location: Newton Aycliffe
Hours: 28hrs p/week across 4/5 days
Rate: £13.70 p/hr
Park Blue Homes is seeking a People Coordinator on a fixed-term contract (minimum 3 months) to support our HR & People function, with a focus on employee onboarding.
You’ll ensure new starters feel welcomed, supported, and ready to succeed from day one, helping us deliver a smooth, engaging employee experience across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver onboarding and induction for new starters.
* Prepare contracts, offer letters, and HR documentation.
* Maintain accurate employee records.
* Support safer recruitment checks (DBS, right-to-work, references – training provided).
About You:
* HR experience desirable.
* Onboarding experience and Safer Recruitment knowledge.
* Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
* Proactive and approachable.
* Full UK Driving License required.
* Enhanced DBS required.
