The role
Reach for Remarkable Location: DST Leconfield, Beverly, HU17 7LX Annual salary: £29,428.39 Working Pattern: Permanent, full-time, 40 hours per week, 5 days out of 7 (includes weekends and evenings) Aramark UK are currently recruiting a H ead Chef to join our team working in DST Leconfield. You will be responsible for the kitchen operation, cost efficiency, and production of innovative quality food/menus in line with agreed budgets to improve sales. To be eligible for this role, due to the sector requirements: you must have been a UK resident for the past 3 years and have legal right to work in the UK and be able to pass full security vetting and DBS checks. What you’ll do: Managing chefs across on-site kitchen, including rotas. Managing and ordering stock. Undertaking stock takes. Producing menu signage for Front of House. Managing menu cycles and food offerings. Ensuring all kitchen teams follow Aramark and food safety policies and procedures. What we’re looking for: NVQ Levels 1 & 2 in culinary skills. Clean Enhanced DBS. Driving licence is a bonus Can do attitude with a willingness to learn. Proactive in attitude. Lived in UK for the past 3 years and have legal right to work in the UK and be able to pass full security vetting and DBS checks.
