Location: Milton Keynes
Salary: £24,000 - £26,000 (Up to £29,000 OTE)
Hours: 8:30am - 7pm Monday to Friday and 9:00am - 1pm on Saturdays (shift based)

Responsibilities
* Handle customer problems and questions via phone, webchat, and email, delivering a 5-star ROI experience.
* Support a long-time automotive partner, Kia, with customer service activities.
* Manage a fast-paced workload with calls, emails, and messages under tight deadlines; maintain sharp attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
* Demonstrate resilience and professionalism when dealing with challenging enquiries; engage in training and continuous learning.
