Responsibilities
We are seeking a motivated, people-oriented Customer Service Administrator for our team based in Winnersh or Telford. The ideal candidate will have customer service experience.
You will be responsible for interfacing with customers, logistics, manufacturing, and supporting service representatives to handle various post-sales functions. Your role involves solving administrative problems requiring process and customer service knowledge.
You will be in charge of:
* Providing administrative support to our customer service representatives, managing repair and calibration requests
* Data entry of service requests, including pricing and customer data, raising quotes, and addressing customer queries
* Handling customer collection requests
* Assigning emails to Customer Service representatives
Qualifications
* Customer service experience in a fast-paced environment
* Relevant experience in an administrative role
* Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
* Strong teamwork and proactive attitude
* Attention to detail, with excellent organizational and follow-up skills
* Effective and cooperative interaction with employees at all levels
* Ability to operate in a complex organization and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
