We are hiring an HR Lead to take full ownership of all people processes within our dynamic and growing UK affiliate, while working in close alignment with our regional and global HR teams.
In this role, you will be the key link that ensures the smooth operation of our people processes during an exciting period of rapid growth and evolution. You will play a pivotal role in supporting business leaders by ensuring all HR functions are efficient, compliant, and aligned with the company’s scaling strategy.

What You’ll Do
* Manage the end-to-end administration of the employee lifecycle, including drafting contracts of employment for new hires, processing internal changes, and managing offboarding.
* Oversee the holiday system, track entitlements, and manage all formal absence procedures.
* Act as the primary administrator for the HRM system, ensuring data accuracy for payroll, reporting, and legal compliance.
* Generate regular reports on key HR metrics, transforming data into actionable insights to support management decisions.
* Maintain and update HR forms, policies, and handbooks, ensuring legal compliance and organizational consistency.
* Collaborate with the Finance team on monthly payroll processing.
* Take ownership of key recruitment activities, from creating job postings and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and liaising with external agencies.
* Support and coach line managers on complex employee relations matters, including disciplinary issues, disputes, and absence management.
* Gradually assume responsibility for implementing best practices and supporting learning and development initiatives.
* Act as the primary contact for Corporate HR, driving the implementation of global programs such as ESG, Talent Management, and the rollout of new HRM systems.
What We Are Looking For
* Proven HR or administrative experience, ideally covering end-to-end employee processes.
* Knowledge of UK employment law is highly desirable.
* Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
* Proficiency with HRM systems and experience generating insightful reports.
* A proactive, problem-solving mindset and a strong desire to build a long-term career in Human Resources.
* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
