Main Responsibilities:
As our Document Controller, you’ll ensure the documentation for our projects is organized, up-to-date, and easily accessible. You will create efficient filing systems, manage trackers, update information via platforms like 4Projects, and assist with critical deliverables such as Health & Safety Files. The role also involves providing training, raising orders, and supporting the smooth running of our project offices.
We’re Looking For:
* Strong experience working with 4Projects
* Ideally worked for a main contractor in the building sector
* Proficiency in MS Office 2016 (Word, Excel, Outlook)
* Previous experience in an engineering or construction company
* Strong administration skills
* Fast and accurate IT skills
