Credit Control Manager - Bracknell - Ongoing contract - £200 - £250 per day
Overview
My client requires a Credit Control Manager on an ongoing temporary basis due to a member off the team being off.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and oversee the daily operations of the credit control team.
* Develop, implement, and maintain effective credit control policies and procedures.
* Monitor accounts receivable and ensure timely collection of outstanding debts.
* Review customer credit limits and assess credit risk in collaboration with sales and finance teams.
* Handle escalated collection issues and negotiate repayment arrangements when necessary.
* Prepare monthly aging reports, cash flow forecasts, and debtor analysis for management.
* Work closely with external stakeholders (auditors, credit agencies, legal counsel) to resolve disputes and pursue debt recovery.
* Train, mentor, and evaluate credit control staff to ensure high performance and adherence to best practices.
* Drive continuous improvement in processes and systems to enhance efficiency.

* Proven experience in credit management,
* Strong leadership and team management abilities.
* High level of integrity, accuracy, and attention to detail.
