Overview
Role Description: The Payroll Processor is a vital role within our Global Payroll Team supporting colleagues in 13 countries across the UK & EMEA regions. The Payroll Processor will be part of a small, close-knit team responsible for entering data into the ADP Celergo software system and answering employee queries on and around payroll.
Responsibilities
* Process and reconcile payrolls in multiple EMEA countries in a timely manner; coordinate additional payrolls as needed.
* Maintain payroll records and other benefit deductions.
* Process and payment of non-standard wages: commissions, bonuses, expense reimbursements, relocation, leave, severance, final payments.
* Create reports using MS Excel.
* Support equity compensation vesting and exercise processing.
* Support audit process for both internal and external auditors.
* High level of integrity and maturity essential due to the sensitive nature of the information.
Other duties and responsibilities
* Identify and recommend solutions to improve payroll processing function.
* Assist employees with payroll inquiries.
* Other duties as assigned.
* Experience processing UK payrolls and an understanding of current UK legislation.
* Proactive and enthusiastic attitude for learning and assisting in the continuous improvement of practices and processes.
* Interpersonal skills and ability to build strong relationships with the team and other employees.
* Able to be a strong team player and work independently where necessary.
* Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
* Experience using ADP Celergo.
* Experience with processing payrolls for EMEA countries and managing an outsourced payroll provider.
Qualifications
* Experience processing UK payrolls.
* Understanding of current UK payroll legislation.
* Experience with ADP Celergo.
