Customer Service Administrator / Sales Support Executive Trowbridge £12.50 - £13.70 per hour depending on experience We are looking for an organised and outgoing individual to work as a Customer Service Administrator / Sales Support Executive, within a varied and fast paced role. With excellent customer service skills and accurate administrative ability, you will be supporting sales staff with a wide range of duties. This is a role where each day can bring a fresh challenge, tasks will differ dependent upon customer requirements and your role will play an integral part in the teams success. Duties will include, but will not be limited to: - Handling incoming telephone enquiries - Assisting with marketing including social media - Maintaining internal databases - Ensuring office stationery supplies are maintained - Assisting with customer account management - Data entry - Managing an accurate filing system for company paperwork This is a great role for someone who loves being organised. Although there will be certain standardised processes to follow, you can really make some of this role your own and we welcome new ideas. If you have previous experience in customer services, sales support or administration, have great IT skills, an excellent telephone manner and a creative flair, then we may have the opportunity for you.
