A leading Healthcare business are seeking a Senior Buyer – Property & Facilities Management to play a pivotal role in driving value across a broad spectrum of hard and soft FM services.

What You’ll Be Doing:
* Lead and deliver strategic sourcing initiatives across the Property & FM category
* Support the development and implementation of category strategies
* Manage supplier relationships, focusing on cost control, quality improvement, and risk mitigation
* Provide commercial guidance and market expertise to internal stakeholders
* Be a proactive advocate for procurement best practices and standardisation
What You’ll Bring:
* Extensive experience in both hard and soft FM procurement
* Strong stakeholder engagement and cross-functional collaboration skills
* Strategic sourcing and category management expertise
* Commercially focused with a track record of delivering added value and cost savings
* Understanding of contract law and supplier risk management
