Managers In Training will learn to manage daily store operations, working closely with experienced leaders and gaining hands-on experience across shifts. This role supports the Store Manager and aims to deliver an exceptional guest shopping experience.
Training Process:
During training weeks, Managers In Training work with Training Managers to learn best practices. Between training weeks, they work various shifts to apply their leadership skills. Post-training, they join our bench leadership team, filling in during absences until assigned their own store.

Responsibilities:
* Greet guests warmly and deliver exceptional customer service.
* Assist in building and developing the store team through training, scheduling, and coaching.
* Maintain product levels, rotate stock, and ensure the store is fully stocked.
* Oversee quality control, merchandising, and food safety in locations with hot food.
* Keep the store clean and organized, including the coffee station, food area, and restrooms.
* Operate the cash register efficiently.
* Support food service operations by overseeing quality and safety standards.

Minimum Education: High School or GED
Preferred Experience: 1 year in retail, guest service, or restaurant leadership
Certifications: ServSafe/Food Safety certification is a plus but not mandatory

Schedule & Conditions: Full-time, various shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays. Ability to work up to 40 hours weekly with overtime as needed. Must have own vehicle for deposits (if applicable). Physical ability to lift up to 40 pounds and stand for long periods is required.
